Philip Bennett
Managing Director
Philip has been involved with property sales and lettings since joining the industry in 1988 and having also grown up locally has an unrivalled knowledge of the area. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and holds the ‘Technical Award for Sale of Residential Property’. He resides in Denham and is an active member of the local Rotary club, taking part in a number of fund raising events for local charities and young people.

Nikki Mention
Lettings Manager
Nikki has over 7 years experience in Estate Agency, with over 5 years experience at Managerial level, she is ARLA qualified so is well informed of all the new legislation constantly coming into practice. Prior to working in Estate Agency Nikki came from a background of Hospitality Management. Having been born and raised in Hillingdon she has a vast knowledge of the area. Outside of work Nikki loves running and yoga and also has a busy home life with her 10 year old son who keeps her on her toes.

Jacob Cross
Senior Sales Negotiator
Jacob joined the company in 2002 as a Trainee Negotiator, he has since worked closely with Phil Bennett to develop his skills to become the Senior Sales Negotiator. Jacob has always had a passion for property and has had a key role in helping the company to be one of the most successful in the area. Jacob resides in Denham Green and enjoys keeping active, music and socialising.

Anand Popat
Lettings Negotiator
Anand graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 with a BSc in Multimedia Communications. Having always had a keen interest in property Anand joined the already successful lettings team at Bennett Residential after his graduation. Anand is an active young man and when he is not working hard, he enjoys training with his personal trainer at the gym and some evenings playing poker with friends and colleagues.

Sales and Lettings Advisor
Joanna lives locally and is knowledgeable of the area. Having recently finished her Legal Practice Course she now works as an assistant to a property lawyer during the week. In her spare time Joanna enjoys keeping fit and socialising with her friends.

Ibrahim Rahman
Sales and Lettings Advisor
Ibrahim has been involved with Bennett Residential since 2008 as a placement student from 'Brunel University'. Since joining he has become an integral member of the team and has stayed on part time basis whilst he finishes his degree in Marketing. Ibrahim is a friendly, enthusiastic and lively member of the team who enjoys meeting new people. He is trained in both 'Sales and Lettings' and has excellent knowledge of the surrounding area.
